One of the goals of BLFA's Pathology Improvement Program (PIP) is to improve the diagnostic capabilities of pathology laboratories in low-resourced countries. This includes donating highly accurate equipment, implementing rapid testing protocols, providing testing supplies, and training lab staff how to identify the differences between types of cancer cells.
